Rati Tinikashvili has been working at Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association since August 2015.
Since 2015 up to present – he has been a lawyer of GYLA's electoral and local self-governance programs;
Since 2016 up to present – he has worked as a trainer of an election observation mission, and represents the organization in administrative bodies and courts while reviewing electoral disputes;
In 2016 – an IREX trainer for journalists;
November 2014 - July 2015 – Rati worked as an assistant lawyer at the GYLA Legal Aid Center;
From August to October 2014 – he worked as a specialist in the Public Registry Service of Akhalgori State Service Development Agency;
May-August 2013 – he completed an internship course at the Tbilisi Court of Appeals;
Rati Tinikashvili is the author and co-author of up to 10 research and reports.
He obtained Master’s Degree in Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Currently, Rati is a PhD student at the Caucasus International University (CIU) and works on the scientific research regarding electoral disputes.
