“Coalition for Equality”

“Coalition for Equality” was established in 2014 and its goal is to study and advocate equality policy in Georgia, to support fight against discrimination and to provide legal assistance to various groups.

The Coalition member organizations are:

1. Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA)

2. “Open Society-Georgia” Foundation (OSGF)

3. “Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center” (EMC)

4. “Article 42 of the Constitution”

5. Union “Sapari”

6. “Women’s Initiatives Supporting Group” (WISG)

7. “Partnership for Human Rights” (PHR)

8. “Identoba”, “Georgian Democracy Initiative”(GDI)

9. “Tolerance and Diversity Institute”(TDI)

 

“Coalition for Equality” is supported by “Open Society-Georgia” Foundation.

 

Since January 2019, Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association is the chair organization of the Coalition.
