The coalition for an independent and Transparent Judiciary applied to the Special Rapporteur on the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association, Mr. Clement Nyaletsossi Voule. The letter describes the shortcomings of the code of the administrative offences of Georgia, which restricts the freedom of peaceful assembly and expression.
