In 2016-2017, the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA) published a number of studies on the execution of the agreement signed between the State and LLC “International Events”. The studies have confirmed that Tbilisi Concert Hall (Philarmonia) has been transferred under a lease agreement to LLC “International Events” for 49 year term. Mikheil Giorgadze, the Minister of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia and Kakhi Kandelaki, the Deputy Minister may still have an active connection with the above-mentioned company.

In February 2018, GYLA obtained updated information about the company's current liabilities. According to the official information, as of February 2018, the liability under the agreement for the unpaid management accounts for 950,140 GEL, and the penalty imposed 1,512,330 GEL and 10,102 USD.

According to LEPL National Agency of State Property, the company has been granted a deadline until March 3, 2018 to cover the liabilities, however, according to the same information the LLC “International Events” neglected the above timeframe and has made no payments so far.

Given the above GYLA addresses to the National Agency of State Property to exercise the authority granted under the Agreement and unilaterally terminate the contract with LLC International Events.
