GYLA submitted an alternative report to the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee of the Parliament of Georgia regarding the report (1-6104 /19/9; 27.03.2019) of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia concerning the situation of the enforcement of decisions/judgments delivered by the European Court of Human Rights against Georgia.

Alternative report concerns the several decisions and judgments adopted by the European Court of Human Rights, the enforcement of which requires amendments in the legislation, and the implementation of additional measures despite certain steps undertaken by the State.

GYLA also calls on the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee to allow the hearing of the alternative report at a committee meeting.
