Target Groups: socially vulnerable and under the poverty line groups, ethnic and religious minorities, prisoners’ families, local public and Municipal N(N)LEs employees, employees working under arduous, harmful, or hazardous labour conditions, eco migrants, internally displaced people, Georgian citizens living in the conflict affected villages and occupied territories.

Purpose: Pre-Election monitoring process of the 2021 Municipal Elections. 

Expected result: GYLA will identify and reveal violations, that creates an unhealthy political environment, affects the freedom of the voters, which come across during the monitoring process, against pre-election campaign principles.
